As we are a home based business with a young family our preferred method of communication is email but we do have message bank so should you prefer to phone and we are not available please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Ordering and Payment Options
Orders can be placed online, via email or by telephoning (03) 5787 1141 during business hours. To place an online order through our store simply select the products you want, then proceed through the checkout to finalise the sale. Payment methods we currently accept are direct deposit, paypal and cash (if you are wanting to collect your order in person). A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been received, if this does not arrive within 24 hours please contact us.
Cancellations
Orders that have not been paid for within one week will be cancelled, and stock will be returned to the inventory, when there has been no contact from the buyer to make alternate arrangements within that seven day period. If you wish to cancel an order you have made please email me and let me know the order number and I will cancel it for you.
Pricing & Postage
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Postage is charged according to weight based on the fees charged by Australia Post. Standard Post varies from $1.50 - $8.00, Express Post from $5.90 to $10 and Registered Post from $4.00 to $10.00. Orders over $200 are posted free of charge. You will be able to chose what level of postage you require when completing the checkout. For International postage rates please contact us prior to ordering.
Orders will be posted once payment is received. If there is going to be a hold up with postage we will notify you immediately.
Pick-up is welcome either from our home in Wandong or from my husbands office in Flemington during business hours on week days. If you wish to pick up your order just put pick up in the drop down when completing the shopping cart then email us to arrange a suitable collection time.
Out of Stock Items
If something you order is out of stock you will be notified and the item can be placed on back order (where possible) or you will be given the option of choosing another product or receiving a refund for that item.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If a item you have purchased is faulty or incorrect please contact us immediately upon receiving it to arrange an exchange, refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original state and unwashed.
We can not be held responsible for items damaged in the post. We will not offer an exchange or refund on items because of change of mind.
Privacy
